In the year 2089, the Bay Area has been overrun by Ravagers, cyberpunk homeless people. With the sudden influx of an unknown drug that has plagued the streets of San Francisco and San Jose. Those who consumed the drug gained great intelligence and physical powers. As the homeless population consumed this drug, they developed cybernetic weapons and wreaked havoc on all of the Bay Area. With the uprising of the Ravagers, companies abandoned their buildings and families fled in all directions. In the abandoned buildings of San Francisco skyline lies a society of Ravagers. In this post apocalyptic like city everyone is on the brink of starvation and they must fight over food and water.
